  • 4 (4 ounce) Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 Cup Ginger Thai Sauce
  • 1 Bag of your favorite salad mix
  • 1/4 Cup Salted Cashews
  • 1/8 Cup Ginger Thai Sauce For Dressing


  1. Place 1/4 cup of Ginger Thai Sauce in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and continue to cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Arrange salmon in a lightly greased shallow baking dish and brush a layer of the Ginger Thai Sauce over the top. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked though, basting with Ginger Thai Sauce every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and use a fork to spread into bite size pieces.
  4. Place salad mix in a large bowl, add cashews and drizzle with 1/8 cup of Ginger Thai Sauce. Toss everything together. Divide the salad among 4 salad bowls and top with shredded salmon.
