These are a few of our favorite ways to use our Famous Sweet Bourbon Glaze. Salmon, Chicken, Shrimp, Pork Chops and New York Strip Steaks.

Ingredients: 

·       2 lb Salmon fillet, 2 lb Shrimp, 4 thick cut Pork Chops, 4 Chicken Breasts, 2 New York Strip Steaks

·       ¼ cup of Sweet Bourbon Glaze

·       2 tbsp Oil

·       2 green onion shoots

·       ¾ teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions: 

  • Combine 1/8 cup of Sweet Bourbon Glaze and your choice of meat in a large zip-top plastic bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with 2 tbsp Olive Oil. Remove Meat from bag and place in the pan.

 

  • Cook Salmon Filets for 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
  • Cook Shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  • Cook Pork Chops for 5-7 minutes on each side or until an internal temp of 165 degrees in the largest part.
  • Cook Chicken Breast for 6-7 minutes each side or until an internal temperature of 160-165 degrees in the largest part.
  • Cook New York Strip Steak cook until desired temperature is reached.

 

  • Place meat on plate and drizzle each serving with a teaspoon or two of Sweet Bourbon Sauce. Sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon green onions and 3/4 teaspoon sesame seeds.

This recipe also works great with our Asian Fusion Sauce and Teriyaki Sauce!!!
