INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
  • 9oz Galena Canning Company Creamy Horseradish Dip, Sriracha Horseradish Sauce or Hoppin’ Jalapeño Dip
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz. canned crab meat (drained and flaked)
  • crackers for serving

DIRECTIONS:

 

 

  1. In a slow-cooker, combine cream cheese, parmesan, green onions, garlic and your choice of Galena Canning Company Creamy Horseradish Dip, Sriracha Horseradish Sauce or Hoppin’ Jalapeño Dip turn on low and stir until combined
  2. Fold in crab meat and continue to cook on low for 2 hours.
  3. Garnish with parmesan and green onions. Serve with crackers!

You can sprinkle a little seasoning on top before serving for a little extra flavor. In the picture above we used our Cajun Seasoning!
