Bloody Mary Bacon Shrimp Po Boy Sandwich
Seasoned shrimp with our Bloody Mary Bacon Rimmer and paired with our Sriracha Horseradish Sauce! Mmmm Good! Quick and easy to make! Your guests and family will be very impressed!
INGREDIENTS
- 6 each Large Hoagie Rolls
- 2 lbs Large Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined
- 3 tbsp Galena Canning Company Bacon Bloody Mary Rimmer Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Galena Canning Company Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 cups Shredded Romaine
- 3 each Tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1 cup Red Onion, sliced thin
- 1 jar Galena Canning Company Sriracha Horseradish Sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Toss the shrimp with the Bacon Bloody Mary Rimmer Seasoning, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Once the grill is preheated, grill shrimp for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. If you like a toasted Hoagie, this would be the time to toast it on the grill.
- Assemble sandwiches starting with shredded romaine, tomatoes and then red onion.
- Top with shrimp, approximately 2 Tablespoons of the Sriracha Horseradish Sauce per sandwich.
