4 Boneless Duck Breasts trimmed of fat 1 Bottle Chef Ivo's Cherry Balsamic Grilling Sauce Trim duck and place in glass baking dish. Pour 1/2 bottle of the Cherry Balsamic over the duck and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees (in the marinade) until medium rare (just firm to the touch). Let rest for 10 minutes and then slice. Heat remainder of marinade and serve on the side.
