Pepper jelly glazed pork chops! Mmmmmmm

Ingredients: 

  • 1 jar of Galena Canning Company's Meyer Lemon Blood Orange Pepper Jelly
  • 8 6oz bone in pork chops

Directions:

Grill or bake pork chop to your liking.

While the pork chops are cooking, heat the jar of Meyer Lemon Blood Orange Pepper Jelly in a small sauce pan over medium heat.

The jelly should be liquid in consistancy.

After plating the pork chops, drizzle the pepper jelly over the center of the pork chops and let it roll to the edges. If you want, use the back of the spoon to spread evenly.

Also great with all of our other pepper jellies, jams and preserves.
