Artichoke Spinach Dip with Catfish

16 oz. Soft cream cheese

8 oz. Artichoke & Spinach Dip Mix *

3 Tablespoons Vidalia Onion Peach Hot Sauce *

1 cup thin sliced green onions

3 - U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish Fillets (Baked & Flaked - can be done day before)

1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and Artichoke & Spinach Dip. Mix well.

2. Fold in catfish, hot sauce & green onions

3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Dip can be served hot or cold with crusty bread or crackers. Try with celery sticks.

Yield - Approximately 2/1/2 # of dip
